The SNCF Whistle-blowing Policy aims to provide a reporting channel for employees and external parties to raise genuine concerns, in confidence, about possible irregularities. The information provided will be channelled to the Whistle-blowing Investigation Panel comprising the Chairman of the SNCF’s Executive Council, the Chairman of its Audit Committee, and the CEO.
The report should be specific and detailed in setting out the background and history of events and the reasons for the concern.

The reports and identities of the whistle-blowers will be kept confidential to the extent feasible and permissible under the law.
